Monday, September 3, 2018 @ 1:08 AM Dear me,It has been hard on you, I think it's alright to give yourself some time to breathe and let these emotions out. You've come a long way. Believe me, you have. There had been many times you've doubted your capabilities because of what others had said about you and there had been plenty of times you've got hurt by those words. Those scars have been clinging onto you for so many years. And they really hurt you. But these scars have made you a much stronger and more resilient person. You're so capable and everyone believes that you're natural-born leader. Even when you don't think so yourself. There is something about you that others can see. All the setbacks you've faced in the past, all the times you've think you failed, they are only the stepping stones to build you up to the leader that you're becoming. Believe in yourself that you are actually a good leader. You will make even bigger impacts in the future. You've been forced to grow up because of the situations in your family and I am proud of you for thinking maturely and always thinking of what you can provide for your family. Although you feel distant from them because these situations have made you so scared of what damage you might bring to the family, just keep trying. Even though it has been so hard to handle the words that even your own family had said to you. It will be tough, but someday, things will eventually get better for you. Don't hurt yourself on the inside, you don't have to bottle everything up, it's okay to let these thoughts out to someone. It's okay to seek help. It's totally okay and I believe no one will judge you for these problems. There are genuine people out there who are willing to listen and help you. You don't have to face this alone. Take care of yourself, not just others. Don't keep pouring your heart out to others and neglect yourself in the process. You deserve care and you deserve to feel safe too. You are genuine too. Remind yourself of this quote, "The toughest battles are given to the strongest warriors." Love, me. |
